Sure. We ship all over the world and we offer different rates based on the country of destination.
You can calculate the shipping costs by inserting the country, city and zip code directly in the shopping bag. The same amount is then charged in the checkout phase.
In italy, for orders less than €60, we apply a flat-rate equal to €8.
In case of orders above or equal to €60, the shipping is free or will be totally at our charge.
For shipping abroad, the costs are variable based on the country of destination. You can get more detailed information about the above mentioned costs by using our simulator that you find in shopping bag page.
It depends on the destination. In Italy, we ship via BRT, whose delivery time is within 48/72 working hours from the shipping.
For shipping abroad, we ship via FedEx, that delivers within 4 business days.
Considering that we are talking about food products for whom it’s not provided a storage, the shipping cannot be immediate, but it would be required to wait the timing necessary to realize what it has been requested. Specifically:
- within 10/13 working days for the confetti and dragèes
- within 15 and 18 working days for party favours and sugared almond flowers.
In any case, once the order has been shipped, we will personally keep you up to date by sending an emal.

f the shipping is managed by Bartolini, the courier will leave an attempted delivery notice. In this way, you will be informed about the hour of the attempted delivery, the BRTcode and estimated date/hour of the new delivery, usually it is scheduled on the next working day.
If you want to change the above mentioned scheduling, you can insert the BRTcode in the apposite section of the home page of the website: www.brt.it and request:
- a new delivery, to the same address and on another day
- a new delivery, to a new address
- the pickup of the ordered good c/o the subsidiary (held for pick-up)
After a second attempted delivery, the subsidiary will contact you by phone (where possible) after 6:00 pm.
After three working days without having received any indication, the package will be kept in storage.
The quantity of confetti contained in a package is not fixed, but it depends on the type of sugared almond and size of the almond or hazelnut.
Generally, you can find about 270 – 300 confetti inside a 1kg package.
Consequently, for a 500g package, we consider a number included between 135 and 150 confetti.
If you have calculated a precise number of confetti for each guest/party favour, we deeply suggest you to purchase a few extra grams.
Dragèes are different from confetti.
They are pralines for which we cannot guarantee or evaluate that have the same size and weight.
As long as the customization concerns the choice of the colour of cellophane/tulle/satin different from the one shown in the picture, you only need to select the desired colour directly in the product description page and proceed with the order.

All our products have a time limit of preservation that is until 18 months from the manufacturing date, if they are kept in fresh and dry places.
If those conditions are not respected, we will not be liable for changes that our products could be suffered, both visual or organoleptic level.
In case the product is not entirely consumed once opened, we suggest you to seal as best you can, keeping it in cool places, away from sunlight, with the care of eating it within 3 months, in order to taste better itr organoleptic properties.
Unfortunately, it could happen that some confetti are defective (especially if coloured). The cause is due to the transportation phase, because the packages, even if they are wellpacked, can be subject to shakes, impacts and different conditions for which the confetti come in contact with each other.
In the defect is more evident (faded colours, sticky confetti to the touch) we could proceed with the shipping of a second order, the same you ordered before. Of course, without any additonal costs.
